| Date | October 15-16 (Fri-Sat) from 9:00am to 5:00pm |
| Location | Room 602, Applied Physics Lab (aka APL aka Henderson Hall, same as the 2001 Seattle meeting) |
| Registration |
So that we can plan refreshments and the Friday evening buffet, please tell us if you are coming by contacting Al Rasmussen (lar@ess.washington.edu) and whether you will attend the Friday Icebreaker. Because of the nature of the work at the APL, we are required to provide a list of names and nationalities to APL management, so please also give Al your nationality. |
| Format |
We anticipate that the meeting will follow the format of previous years. As usual for NWG, we have no requirements for advance abstracts and titles; the first agenda item on Friday morning will be to work out a schedule. The time available for each speaker will depend on the number who want to speak. However, due to the anticipated large number of participants, we ask that you be prepared to give your presentation in about 15 minutes maximum including discussion. We plan to have projection facilities for slides, overheads and PowerPoint presentations. If you will want any additional equipment, please let us know what you would like as soon as possible, so we will have the best chance of getting what you need. |
